Introduction Surabhi 2000 is one of the most popular and widely used phonetic typing tools for the Kannada language. Developed by C-DAC (Centre for Development of Advanced Computing) , this software allows users to type in Kannada using a standard English (QWERTY) keyboard based on sound similarity (phonetic mapping).
