The GT 610 was a low-end card in 2012. In 2023/2024, the integrated Intel UHD graphics inside a Celeron are faster than the GT 610.
Microsoft Windows 11 requires WDDM (Windows Display Driver Model) 2.0 or higher for full UI acceleration. The GT 610 drivers max out at WDDM 1.3.

The last driver NVIDIA released for the GT 6xx series (specifically the Fermi-based GT 610, 620, and 630) was version 391.35 back in March 2018. That driver was built for Windows 7, 8, and 10.
