The watch will ask for confirmation. Tap Confirm , Reset , or OK .
Confirm the action when prompted.
Scroll down and tap on System or More Settings (wording varies by firmware version).
A hard reset (also called a factory reset or master reset) will erase all data on the watch, including contacts, call logs, chat history, photos, and settings. It will not remove the watch from the Mibro app or your account. After the reset, you will need to re-pair the watch with the parent’s phone. The watch will reset and restart. Method 3: Forced Hard Reset (Frozen or Unresponsive Watch) Use this if the watch is completely frozen, stuck on a logo, or not responding to touch.
Locate the Side Button (Power button).
Scroll down and look for More Settings or Device Management . The watch will ask for confirmation
From the watch face, swipe left repeatedly or swipe up to scroll through the menu until you find the Settings icon (usually a gear or slider icon).
Tap on Reset Watch or Factory Reset .
Make sure the watch is powered on and connected (check the main dashboard). Scroll down and tap on System or More
The watch will restart automatically. Once rebooted, it will be in its original factory state. Method 2: Hard Reset via the Mibro App (Parent’s Phone) Use this method if the watch is locked, forgotten, or the screen is unresponsive but still connected to Bluetooth/cellular.
