The movie revolves around the lives of three friends, Manju (Mouni Roy), Tashi (Kunal Sethi), and Munna (Imran Khan), who work for a small-time crime lord, Kumar Mangalam (Rajesh Mapuskar). One day, they get hold of a valuable briefcase containing diamonds and cash, which they plan to use to start their own business. However, things take a turn when they realize that the briefcase belongs to a powerful don, Purushottam (Sanjay Mishra).

The movie explores themes of friendship, love, and the pursuit of wealth. It's a raunchy and irreverent comedy that tackles mature themes with humor and wit.
