It is a broken, unfair, grindy mess – but for a specific type of player, that mess creates moments of tension and triumph that no other GTA mode can match. If you have a squad and low expectations, try a server (ask on r/FiveM for current recommendations). Otherwise, stick to TDM or roleplay.
