The IT manager, Mr. Kumar, was frantically trying to reset passwords for several employees who had forgotten theirs over the weekend. The office was using a new password policy, which required all employees to change their passwords every 90 days. But it seemed like some employees had waited until the last minute to make the change, and now they were paying the price.

One employee, Rohan, was particularly frustrated. He had a big meeting with a potential client in an hour and desperately needed to get into his computer to prepare. But every time he tried to log in, the system rejected him.

"Mr. Kumar, please help! I need to get into my computer ASAP," Rohan pleaded.

"It's the password policy, ma'am," Mr. Kumar explained. "Some employees forgot to change their passwords over the weekend, and now they're locked out."
