As Rathi and Meera get closer, they realize Rudra isn't the monster. The real villain is (new character), a rising star who closed the missing persons case to protect a powerful politician's son. Joshi believes in "pragmatic justice"—sacrifice the few to save the many. She decides to weaponize the curse to eliminate the city's most dangerous unpunished criminals, turning Adhuri Aas into a state-sanctioned ghost.

But there’s a twist: the wishes are being filtered through the rage of a new villain—, a mute street artist whose wife was a victim of a "missing persons" case that was closed prematurely. Rudra isn't making wishes for himself. He is the "Curse Conduit," allowing the ghosts of the wrongly accused to use his body to complete their unfinished business.
