Ableton Live Lite -

In the world of digital audio workstations (DAWs), Ableton Live stands as a titan—renowned for its intuitive session view, powerful warping algorithms, and seamless live performance capabilities. However, its full-fat versions (Standard and Suite) come with a price tag that can intimidate beginners. Enter Ableton Live Lite : a streamlined, free (or very low-cost) edition that packs enough punch to launch countless production careers. What Is Ableton Live Lite? Ableton Live Lite is a stripped-down, yet fully functional, version of Ableton Live. It is not a time-limited demo, nor is it a "read-only" player. It is a permanent license that allows users to create, record, edit, and mix music from start to finish.

: Download Live Lite, load a drum loop and a synth plugin, record 8 clips in Session View, then perform them live using your computer keyboard. If that sparks joy, you’ve found your DAW. And if you later need more tracks, Ableton will be waiting—with your projects fully compatible. ableton live lite

About LEAP

LEAP is my personal collection of electronics projects - usually involving an Arduino or other microprocessor in one way or another. Some are full-blown projects, while many are trivial breadboard experiments, intended to learn and explore something interesting.

Projects are often inspired by things found wild on the net, or ideas from the many great electronics podcasts and YouTube channels. Feel free to borrow liberally, and if you spot any issues do let me know or send a pull-request.

NOTE: For a while I included various scale modelling projects here too, but I've now split them off into a new repository: check out LittleModelArt if you are looking for these projects.
